Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to understand client needs and tailor therapeutic interventions.
  • Utilize a range of evidence-based therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy, to address individual client issues.
  • Regularly monitor and assess client progress through a variety of data-driven approaches, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Engage in effective crisis management, employing appropriate clinical judgment to maintain client safety and wellbeing.
  • Document client interactions accurately and timely using an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Develop strong therapeutic relationships built on trust, compassion, and empathy, focusing on a non-judgmental approach that respects client diversity.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay abreast of best practices and advancements in mental health treatment.
