Work Environment

This role is conducted entirely remotely, empowering our Licensed Clinical Social Workers to operate from the comfort of their homes while potentially engaging with students from various schools across the Roseville, California area. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, designed to inform treatment strategies for students.
  • Collaborate with students to create customized treatment plans that consider their specific emotional, social, and cultural needs.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) through individual, couple, family, and group modalities.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and connect students with additional resources, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
  • Prepare and maintain clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to state and federal regulations.
