• Deliver individual, family, and group counseling sessions focused on addressing personal, psychological, and interpersonal challenges that affect clients' daily lives.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans that are informed by comprehensive psychiatric assessments, identifying specific problems and treatment goals for each client.
• Gather and assess bio-psycho-social information through structured interviews, case histories, and clinical observations to gain a well-rounded understanding of each patient’s unique circumstances.
• Utilize gathered information to accurately diagnose mental health conditions and determine appropriate treatment modalities, including potential referrals to specialty services when necessary.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment strategies, using feedback and clinical assessments to modify care plans that best support the patients' progress.

In this role, you will serve a diverse range of clients that includes individuals, families, and groups from various cultural backgrounds and experiences. Our patient population may encompass those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Providing culturally competent care and practicing inclusivity are central to our approach.

• An active and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• A strong understanding of medical coding, research methodologies, and documentation practices pertinent to mental health settings.
• Superior ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in a clinical mental health setting, providing psychotherapy and counseling services.
• Experience in developing treatment plans and using evidence-based practices to support mental health interventions.
• Knowledge of telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems is advantageous.
