• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, formulating accurate clinical diagnoses and customized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring safety and developing immediate coping strategies.
• Document and maintain comprehensive, confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver holistic care that addresses both medical and psychosocial aspects of client wellness.
• Educate clients and their family members about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them in their healing journey.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and conferences to stay updated on the latest in mental health practices.

• Current license as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.
