This position is remote, allowing for flexibility and a balanced work-life dynamic while maintaining a close connection to our outpatient facility in Fresno, California. • Provide psychotherapy services in both individual and group settings, tailoring approaches to meet each client's specific needs.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client history, needs, and goals, forming the basis for personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to regulatory compliance and organizational standards.
• Engage in regular supervision sessions with clinical leads to refine therapeutic skills and discuss case progress.
• Coordinate with outside agencies and resources to facilitate seamless referrals for services that support ongoing client wellness.
• Participate in team consultations and in-service training to share knowledge and improve clinical competencies.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Your empathetic approach will be pivotal in helping clients navigate their challenges, develop coping strategies, and pursue meaningful life changes.

• Must hold a valid AMFT, ASW, or APCC license in California.
• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with outpatient treatment modalities and community mental health resources is highly desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated organizational abilities to manage caseloads and meet documentation deadlines.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting, ideally in mental health counseling or related fields.
• Experience with electronic health record systems for documentation and client management.
• Some prior work with diverse client populations will be an asset.

This entry-level position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 65,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
