As a Remote Client Success Specialist, you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients by providing personalized guidance, answering questions, and delivering exceptional service throughout their experience.
You'll work directly with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments while building long-term relationships in a collaborative, fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Success & Support
  • Meet with clients through Zoom and phone consultations
