• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health, identifying concerns, and creating comprehensive clinical diagnoses.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on best practices and client-specific needs, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Provide therapeutic services in individual, group, or family settings, adapting treatment approaches to fit the client's preferences and goals.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients in acute distress, ensuring immediate and effective support during critical moments.
• Maintain up-to-date and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to all ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a holistic approach to client care.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, acting as an advocate for their rights and needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and workshops to remain current with industry best practices.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Touchstone Psychotherapy Center, you will work with a diverse client population, which may include individuals, couples, families, and groups facing a wide range of mental health challenges. You will assess and treat conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more, providing compassionate support tailored to each client's circumstances. • Must hold an active license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Texas.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but entry-level applicants with the right background will also be considered.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
