Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, utilizing established screening tools to accurately evaluate clients’ psychological and emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, ensuring that these plans are tailored to address each client's specific challenges, preferences, and goals.
  • Lead both individual and group therapy sessions incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness techniques to promote client engagement and recovery.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide holistic and integrated care, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the therapeutic process.
  • Guide and educate clients' families, enhancing their involvement and understanding of the therapeutic process to create a nurturing support system for clients.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential case records in accordance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively for documentation.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily focus on a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
  • A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.
