Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' emotional, social, and financial needs, paving the way for tailored treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care for patients in the detox center.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, assisting patients in navigating adjustment issues, grief, and coping with their circumstances.
• Facilitate access to post-discharge services by coordinating with community organizations to promote continuity of care.
• Offer emotional support to patients and their families, equipping them with vital resources, treatment options, and educational materials.
• Engage in crisis intervention strategies, working compassionately with patients and families during critical moments.
• Maintain diligent and accurate documentation in compliance with organizational standards and legal guidelines.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
