Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' emotional, psychological, and social needs, culminating in accurate clinical diagnoses.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, ensuring each client receives personalized support.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, fostering safe environments for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring safety and appropriate follow-up care.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in client records, documenting treatment progress and updates in adherence to legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, working alongside psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care.
• Educate clients and their support networks about mental health issues, treatment methodologies, and community resources to enhance their understanding and recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your client portfolio will encompass a variety of demographics, including individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. You will work with clients experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. By employing a person-centered approach, you will empower clients to articulate their needs and collaborate with them on their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is mandatory.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic evaluation.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in mental health counseling or a related position is essential.

Compensation and Benefits
