• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health issues, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), customized to each client’s needs.
• Provide crisis intervention support to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring appropriate resources and assistance are extended.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, while adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development, keeping abreast of the latest research and therapeutic techniques to enhance service quality and effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and healthcare staff to deliver integrated care and address the holistic needs of clients.
• Educate clients and families about mental health challenges, treatment methodologies, and community resources, advocating for their needs as appropriate.

As a licensed therapist, you will tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each client, providing compassionate care and building therapeutic relationships that foster recovery and resilience.

• Must hold a valid mental health therapist license such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• At least two years of related experience in a clinical setting is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members alike.

• Direct experience in a community health clinic setting is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document treatment and manage client information effectively.
