Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness-Based Therapy, adapted to the unique needs of each client.
  • Offer immediate crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, ensuring safety and stability while developing longer-term strategies for recovery.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards, while documenting treatment progress and outcomes.

Qualifications
