To thrive as an Entry Level Remote Graphic Designer, you need a solid understanding of design principles, proficiency in visual communication, and typically a portfolio or relevant degree or certification. Job description

We're looking for a junior designer with a great eye and a get-it-done mindset to help bring our brand to life across everything we touch. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who's excited to design a little bit of everything-especially across email, ads, and marketing-while also getting exposure to packaging, retail, and IRL brand moments.
You'll work closely with our Art Director and Brand team, and partner with teams like Marketing and Sales to support launches, campaigns, and day-to-day creative needs. If you're someone who's equal parts creative and scrappy (and wants to grow quickly in a very fast-paced CPG environment) you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
  • Design creative for email, paid + organic social, web, and marketing campaigns
  • Create ads and promotional graphics that feel on-brand and drive action
  • Bring static concepts to life with 2D motion graphics for digital ads, social media, and campaign content.
  • Support PR mailers, brand activations, and other fun marketing moments
  • Jump in on packaging and retail projects (displays, sales decks, etc.) as needed
  • Create product mocks (3D is a plus) and light motion assets when needed
  • Take creative briefs and run with them, bringing strong ideas and thoughtful execution
  • Keep everything feeling consistent, cohesive, and on-brand
  • Work closely with Brand, Creative, and Sales to support launches and key initiatives
  • Resize, adapt, and version out assets across different platforms and formats
  • Prep files for digital and print (nothing too crazy, but details matter)
  • Stay curious! keep up with trends, tools, and ways to make the work better

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of design experience (real-world experience through internships, freelance, or in-house roles is strongly preferred)
  • A strong portfolio with a mix of digital and some print work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Motion design experience - proficiency over specialization; you know your way around a timeline but don't need to be a motion lead
  • A solid foundation in layout, typography, color, and overall design taste
  • Some experience with digital marketing design (email, ads, social)
  • Basic understanding of print production (bleeds, color modes, etc.)
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and keep things moving
  • Clear communicator and easy to collaborate with
  • Self-starter energy (you don't wait around to be told what to do)
  • You are comfortable managing your own projects and timelines, and are adept at using PM tools to do so.
  • You care about the details and take pride in the work

Nice to Have
  • Packaging or retail design experience
  • 3D modelling skills
  • Illustration

Benefits
  • Participation in company equity plan
  • Fully paid medical, vision, and dental insurance
  • Fully paid basic life insurance
  • Flexible remote work policy
  • Quarterly company onsites
