The role involves collaborating with users to define software requirements, conducting business process analysis, and managing projects to ensure effective solutions are implemented. Responsibilities: • Collaborates with business users and programmers to define and document software requirements. • Conducts analysis of business processes to identify needs and develop effective solutions.

Prepares comprehensive business requirements, specifications, and process documentation. • Accurately develops and implements test plans, coordinates issue resolutions and retesting in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams and thoroughly documents all test outcomes. • Initiates, directs, and monitors projects using project management methodologies.

• Designs basic technical solutions, provides recommendations for improving business processes, and assesses external software solutions. • Controls the project schedule, scope, and costs and deals with project problems and project change management. • Evaluates project participants and results, reports progress on the project team and manager(s) and closes projects by getting sign-off.

• Coordinates monthly software releases by managing reports, issues, maintenance requests, schedules, deployments, and compliance with change management. • Ensures that relevant business departments are engaged or kept informed regarding projects impacting their processes, and delivers ongoing support and training as needed. • Assists with testing of new software.

• Proactively carries out project support and administrative functions. • Establishes responsible deadlines and personal work plans and manages time effectively. • Assists with or develops well-organized presentations.

• Participates in team or business partner meetings. • Facilitates change and assists others in adjusting to changes. • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Required: • Basic knowledge of the various programs used within the company. • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. • Strong analytical and organizational skills; use of logic and problem-solving skills.

• Strong leadership and conflict management skills. • Skilled with basic business analytical tools and possesses an understanding of applications programming, database, and system design. • Proven ability to provide high service levels; understands and implements methods to support customer experience expectations and initiatives.

• Possesses strong insurance business knowledge. • Associates degree or equivalent work experience. • Two (2) or more years of similar or related work experience.
