Position Overview:
Weco Hospitality is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! This will be a remote position, we are looking for someone with an amazing attitude who is always ready to help customers and wants to grow within the company!

Responsibilities:
โ€ข Deliver an outstanding store experience that improves customer loyalty.
โ€ข Help our clients identify the right solutions to customer billing, technical, and/or account issues.
โ€ข Problem solve and make professional judgement on whether customers qualify for the in-store services that the firm's clients offer.
โ€ข Participate in the company's social media campaigns
โ€ข Develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
โ€ข Driving sales through retail promotions with a positive attitude!
Qualifications:
โ€ข Previous experience in Marketing, Retail, Food Industry, Customer Service, and Sales is a plus, but not required!
โ€ข Ability to build rapport with clients
