• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans that guide therapeutic interventions.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities to provide individual, family, and group therapy, ensuring that your approaches are tailored to meet the unique goals and circumstances of each client.
• Deliver crisis intervention support as needed, effectively responding to acute mental health crises or emergencies with a calm, composed demeanor.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards at all times.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals—to provide holistic, comprehensive care that addresses all facets of a client's well-being.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, while actively advocating for clients' rights and needs.
• Engage in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and continually enhance your clinical skills.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and various other mental health issues. Your ability to foster a safe, non-judgmental space will be crucial in helping clients feel comfortable discussing their mental health challenges and aspirations.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is required.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is essential.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is required.
