• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ needs, strengths, and support systems.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and objectives tailored to each client.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and respond to the dynamic needs of clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and support in situations involving mental health emergencies or safety concerns.
• Ensure ongoing monitoring of client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to facilitate optimal outcomes.
• Advocate for clients and connect them with community resources, such as healthcare services, social support, and financial assistance.

The LCSW will work primarily with diverse populations, including individuals facing various life challenges such as mental health disorders, relationship issues, and major life transitions. A special emphasis will be placed on serving Veterans and their families, recognizing the unique experiences and needs of those who have served in the military. • Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Demonstrated experience in working with Veterans and understanding their unique needs.
• Strong skills in conducting psychosocial assessments, including risk assessments and case management protocols.
• Knowledge of individual, group, and family therapy methodologies.
• Familiarity with community resources and health-related social services.

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.
• Training in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy) is highly valued.
• Proven ability to manage crisis situations effectively and efficiently.

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:
