• Conduct thorough clinical assessments that identify clients' mental health concerns; formulate accurate clinical diagnoses based on established criteria.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, ensuring to incorporate evidence-based modalities that address each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Deliver high-quality individual, group, and family therapy, using tailored interventions that promote healing and personal development.
• Provide crisis intervention services when clients experience acute mental health issues, ensuring immediate support and stabilization.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in compliance with relevant ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care for our clients.
• Actively educate clients and their families on mental health topics, available community resources, and potential treatment paths, advocating for their rights and needs.
• Engage in continuous professional development through ongoing training, workshops, and educational opportunities, reinforcing your clinical skills and knowledge base.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma recovery. Your efforts will significantly impact clients from varied backgrounds, contributing to their journey towards emotional and psychological well-being. By understanding their unique cultural and personal contexts, you will help clients develop coping strategies and achieve their mental health goals.

• A valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) is required.
• A relevant Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is essential.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are imperative for effective client care.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar role is necessary.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective therapeutic relationships.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for suitable candidates, particularly those at the entry-level.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
