Entry-Level Supervisor (Remote)

$30,000/year (flexible based on experience)

Ready to take the next step beyond a typical call center role?

We're hiring Remote Entry-Level Supervisors to support and coach our call center agents. This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service or sales experience who wants to grow into leadership.

No formal management experience? That's okay-we'll help you build it.

What You'll Do

  • Coach and motivate a team of remote call center agents
  • Monitor calls and provide real-time feedback
  • Help your team meet performance goals and KPIs
  • Communicate with agents via chat, phone, and video (Microsoft Teams)
  • Address performance concerns and document coaching conversations
  • Troubleshoot basic tech issues (internet, systems, etc.)

What We're Looking For

  • Customer service, sales, or call center experience
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Interest in leadership, coaching, or team development
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Teams)

Preferred (not required):

  • Previous leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience
