Base pay range $65.00/hr - $75.00/hr About the Role A leading AI research initiative is seeking Biology PhD experts to contribute to a groundbreaking project advancing large language model (LLM) capabilities in the life sciences.

You'll apply your deep domain expertise to design, solve, and evaluate real-world biological problems that strengthen AI reasoning, analysis, and comprehension. This is a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between biological research and frontier AI development. Key Responsibilities Develop and assess complex, domain-relevant biology problems across key subfields including molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, physiology, and ecology.

Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, rigor, and domain relevance. Provide structured, detailed feedback to refine model reasoning and performance. Collaborate asynchronously with other domain experts and AI researchers.

Ensure scientific integrity and conceptual precision in all biology content. Ideal Qualifications Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field from a top university. Based in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, or New Zealand .

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and critical analytical ability. Experience in research, publication, or teaching is a plus.
