In this role, you will:

• Conduct initial assessments and mental health screenings, utilizing a variety of evaluation tools to determine clients' needs.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s unique mental health challenges and goals, integrating their personal history into the plan.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers—to coordinate comprehensive care that meets the biological, psychological, and social needs of clients.
• Provide education and engage with clients’ families, helping them understand the client’s condition and treatment process while encouraging their active participation in the recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with all regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a relevant mental health field.
• Experience and/or specialized training in mental health counseling with solid knowledge of evidence-based practices.
• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and motivate clients along their healing journeys.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, essential for working within a collaborative treatment framework.
