What we need:
The Customer Experience Coordinator is an entry-level contributor that works to solve customer-related problems of limited complexity and scope and performs a variety of administrative assignments to gain knowledge and skills related to their department. This role will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the customer experience, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and implementing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
What you'll do:
  • Execute daily tasks and administration as it relates to customer experience such as customer calls, order processing and entry, delivery status, customer claims, purchase orders, and other responsibilities as defined by department.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Work proactively to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Coordinate communication with customers and associates.
  • Serve as a customer experience resource for other associates.
  • May be responsible for some warehouse and inventory tasks.

However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other company-sponsored benefit programs.
