Compensation: $43,000 – $46,000 (commensurate with experience, and qualifications)

We are currently seeking a File Clerk to provide administrative support to multiple Attorneys, and Paralegals within the Business Department. This is an entry-level clerk/assistant position that offers meaningful opportunities for professional growth. We provide comprehensive training along with a supportive and collaborative work environment.
This role requires exceptional customer service skills, strong time management abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. What You'll Do
- Create, update, and maintain database records with a high level of accuracy
- Prepare routine correspondence and administrative documents
- Create and maintain filing systems and records
- Ensure files removed from file rooms are properly checked out to the requesting individual
- Locate and retrieve files, folders, or documents for firm employees, and refile materials upon return
- Perform filing, faxing, copying, and mailing as required
- Handle courier duties as needed for the firm
- Work on-site 100% of the time due to the job responsibilities
