JOB SUMMARY:
TheIndustrial Cleaning Technician is an entry-level, field-based role responsiblefor supporting chemical cleaning and service projects. This position assistsSupervisors and Project Managers with labor tasks, equipment setup, and safeexecution of job activities. The Technician plays a critical role inmaintaining safety, reliability, and operational efficiency on-site.
JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform entry-level labor duties as assigned on project sites.
  • Operate injection pumps and monitor tank levels.
  • Assist with the loading, handling, setup, and breakdown of job equipment.
  • Assist Supervisor and Equipment Operator as requested.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas.

Safety & Compliance
  • Follow all company safety procedures, job instructions, and site-specific requirements.
  • Actively participate in Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and daily toolbox meetings.
  • If you see something unsafe say something.

Personal Development
  • Constantly pay attention and ask questions, learn the process.
  • Assist with additional job site tasks as requested by management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Support other service lines during periods of reduced activity, as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in refineries or chemical plants.
  • Self-motivated employee with a drive to better himself.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Ability to reach above shoulder height, bend below the waist, and position equipment as required.
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs., including overhead lifting, using proper lifting techniques.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
