Complete Logistical Services is excited to announce an opening for an Entry-Level Shipping and Receiving position. This role is a cornerstone of our warehouse operations and plays a vital part in our daily logistical processes. As a full-time position, this is an incredible opportunity for individuals looking to start and grow their career within the logistics and supply chain industry. We are seeking dedicated, energetic, and detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team. It is important to note that this position is not remote and requires the successful applicant to work on-site at our facilities.

This role offers a chance to develop expertise in a critical area of logistics while working in a supportive and thriving environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency of our goods receipt and dispatch, contributing directly to the satisfaction of our clients and the success of our operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Rotational duties required within the Warehouse (receiving, picking, packing, shipping).
  • Operating forklift within the Warehouse and outside in the yard.
  • Check and receipt goods inwards from suppliers, offshore, intercompany transfers.
  • Locate stock into designated areas.
  • Pick and pack items for shipping.
  • Prepare invoices for shipments to worksites.
  • Assist with cycle count and stock taking when required.
  • Assist Warehouse Management with inventory reconciliation and inventory issues.
  • Where appropriate, raise non-conformance reports to follow up discrepancies found within processes.
  • Adherence to Continuous Improvement for the purpose of refining relevant processes and procedures.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuously improving your working area through 6S activity.
  • Participate in weekly 6S audits when required.
Requirements
  • Communicate and cooperate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation.
  • Basic computing skills, knowledgeable in MS Office.
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management System software (Peoplesoft ERP) to track inventory, manage orders, and generate reports.
