They often work under the supervision of more experienced operators and are trained on-the-job to understand the complex systems involved in refining. • A sense of urgency and a get-sh*t-done attitude
What we promise you?
  • You get to work with a group of passionate scientists, engineers and entrepreneurs, engineers and entrepreneurs working on challenging and meaningful projects
  • This will be the journey of a lifetime - we are pioneering a new era of industrial manufacturing using biotech to make clean and resilient supply chains, and you can play a pivotal role in making that happen
  • We live by our company values: Relentless Grit, Unreasonably Ambitious, Unconventional Thinking, Critical Urgency
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k match, company equity, performance bonus, PTO and sick leave, parental leave, and a stocked kitchen.
  • An engaging, empowering and ambitious work environment
This role includes hands-on physical work, and as part of the hiring process we may ask candidates to complete a job-related functional capacity assessment to make sure they can safely carry out the core tasks of the role.
