Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing for patients of all ages, including children
Conduct dental examinations and assist in developing individualized care plans
Educate and counsel patients on oral hygiene, disease prevention, and the importance of regular dental visits
Take periapical and bitewing x-rays, and utilize imaging technology for diagnostics
Maintain accurate medical records and update patient histories
Adhere to strict infection control and disinfection protocols for patient and staff safety
Support the dentist during procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques
Stay current on advancements in dental hygiene and participate in professional development
Promote patient comfort and answer questions to ensure a positive dental experience

Salary Range

Part-time $40 - $50 per hour

Shift & Schedule

8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday (No weekends!)

Requirements
  • General Dentistry
  • Licensed dental hygienist
  • X-ray / Radiography Certification

Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (required)
