What You'll Be Doing

• New business development via client outreach, including cold calls and building relationships

• Prospecting and researching market dataand industry trends

• Attending networking and industry events

• Advising clients on real estate investment strategies

• Presenting marketing proposals and negotiating listings

Who You Are

• Entrepreneurial mindset witha strong desireto build something of your own

• Coachable and driven. Backgrounds in athletics, leadership, or community involvement are a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor's or Associate'sdegree preferred in business, finance, real estate, sales, entrepreneurship, economics, marketing, or a related field

This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor position with unlimited earning potential. Compensation is derived solely from commissions earned on successfully completed transactions and may vary based on individual performance, transaction volume, and prevailing market conditions.In accordance withapplicable state and local pay transparency laws, theanticipatedannualized commission range for individuals in this role is:$0.00 to $250,000+.

Actual earnings will depend on the number and size of completed transactions and may vary significantly from this range.
