We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to learn to start and grow within a luxury focused team environment while building a strong foundation in Long Beach and surrounding coastal markets. You will learn to work with active buyer and seller conversations through structured systems connected to the Zillow Flex program. You will build strong communication habits, increase your understanding of the market, and develop daily routines that experienced real estate agents rely on. You will also gain hands on experience seeing how transactions move from the first conversation through closing.
