Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Analyst (Real Estate Development and Facilities-Finance and Administration).

Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance & Administration the Business Analyst delivers high-quality financial analysis, business intelligence, and operational support across a diverse portfolio that includes real estate, leasing, facilities, planning, design, and construction management. This role is responsible for developing financial reports and presentations, performing process audits, supporting policy and procedure development, and tracking key performance indicators to inform strategic and operational decision making.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical, technical, and presentation skills, along with the ability to support general administrative and business management functions in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Job Responsibilities Financial & Business Analysis
  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations for senior leadership
  • Analyze budgets, forecasts, variances, and trends to support strategic planning and operational decisions
  • Develop and maintain business analytics, KPIs, and performance tracking tools
  • Support financial modeling and scenario analysis related to real estate, facilities, and capital projects
Process Improvement & Compliance
  • Conduct process audits to evaluate efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with policies and procedures
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating departmental policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of best practices
Reporting & Presentation
  • Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, concise presentations and reports
  • Support preparation of materials for executive leadership, committees, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and professional quality in all deliverables
Administrative & Business Management Support
  • Assist with general administrative functions related to business management and departmental operations
  • Coordinate data collection and reporting across real estate, leasing, facilities, planning, design, and construction teams
  • Support special projects and ad hoc analyses as assigned
  • Perform other tasks and assignments as required.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, or related field
  • 3 years of experience in business process analysis, financial or data analysis, or related tasks.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel, Word, and Visio.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced technical proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence or analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience creating executive-level presentations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail and high standards for accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Professional judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting finance, administration, or operations functions
  • Experience in real estate, facilities management, planning, design, or construction environments
  • Familiarity with KPI development, performance measurement, and process improvement methodologies
  • Experience with tableau, financial reporting tools, or data visualization platforms
