Job Description:

TheMEI Techniciansupports the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of semiconductor manufacturing facilities and equipment. This role focuses on Mechanical, Electrical, and Infrastructure (MEI) systems that enable stablefaboperations-including HVAC, compressed gases, ultrapure water, process cooling, vacuum systems, and cleanroom mechanical systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support theFacilities Equipment Installation and Construction Engineertoplanandmanage the construction of critical facility infrastructure, including cleanrooms, process utilities, and high-purity systems.

  • Overseeinstallation, commissioning, and upgradesof semiconductor manufacturing equipment and integration with facility systems.

  • Support the operation of utility systems such as CDA/N2/Ar, vacuum pumps, waste treatment systems, and ultrapure water systems.

  • Coordinate EPC contractors, equipment vendors, and internal engineering teams to ensure seamless execution.

  • Ensure compliance with semiconductor industry standards for equipment installation, vibration control, and contamination management.

  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, andcontrol systemfaults.

  • Execute repairs and support root-cause analysis.

  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance.

  • Follow EHS procedures including LOTO, chemical handling, and cleanroom protocols.
