Position Summary

Acuren is seeking a Quote Support Specialist I for a full time onsite position at our Cincinnati, OH location.

The Quote Support Specialist I supports the development of high-quality proposals, marketing materials, and content initiatives that drive business growth. This entry-level role focuses on assisting with the coordination, writing, and formatting of proposals and other client-facing materials. Working closely with proposal managers, business development teams, and subject matter experts, the coordinator ensures that all deliverables are accurate, on-brand, and completed within deadlines.

Responsibilities

Requirement Review

    Review and analyze proposal solicitation documents, effectively communicating proposal requirements to the team and ensuring compliance
  • Task

Streamline Proposal Kick-Off

  • Assist with developing Request for Information (RFI) / proposal templates, outlines, compliance matrices, schedules, and standard content for RFI and proposal responses
  • Task

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs), business development team members, and teaming partners to gather necessary information to produce compelling proposals
  • Coordinate SharePoint site creation and necessary access for effective proposal collaboration
Requirements
  • Proficiency in proposal management software and tools, including Microsoft (MS) 365 suite, SharePoint, and other platforms
  • Ability to lead the development of compelling graphics, including organizational charts, infographics and presentations, and process-oriented visuals that support strategic messaging
  • Experience using desktop publishing tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, MS Publisher, other tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compliant documents and presentations
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, or related fields with a minimum of two years of relevant experience
