Overview

Turner Staffing Group is hiring a Production Loader Operator to support a mining operation in Hinkley, California. This is a key production role responsible for efficiently loading haul trucks and supporting material movement across the site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a front-end loader to load haul trucks with overburden, ore, or aggregate material
  • Maintain consistent production rates while minimizing spillage and rework
  • Ensure proper loading techniques to maximize efficiency and equipment longevity
  • Conduct pre-shift and post-shift inspections of equipment
  • Identify and report mechanical issues or unsafe conditions
  • Follow all site safety policies and MSHA regulations
  • Communicate effectively with haul truck drivers, dispatch, and supervisors
