Entry Level Assembly Technician – Newark, NY

Pay: $16.50 No Experience Required

We're looking for dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in Newark, NY. If you enjoy working with your hands, reading blueprints, and building quality products in a fast-paced environment or If you would like to LEARN a skill we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to work instructions and blueprints.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions.

  • Position, fit, and adjust interrelated parts with precision.

  • Perform testing and inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.

  • Complete coil winding, soldering, first-stage subassemblies, and final detailing as needed.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.

  • Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.

Qualifications
  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
