REMA Tip Top North America is seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team as Field Service Technicians. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in industrial field services and learn valuable skills in rubber lining, protective coatings, abrasive blasting, and industrial maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Field Service Technician, you will support field crews and assist with a variety of industrial maintenance and protective service projects, including:

  • Assist with abrasive blasting operations
  • Serve as a confined space attendant when required
  • Support rubber lining installation and repair projects
  • Assist with industrial coatings and protective lining applications
  • Perform general labor and job site support activities
  • Set up and maintain equipment, tools, and work areas
  • Follow all company and customer safety procedures
