  • Bachelor's degree
  • Programming experience (minimum 6 months), shown on your resume, from academic coursework, hands-on projects, or professional work.   • Plus one of the following, clearly listed on your resume:
    • A recent STEM degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline)
    • OR 12 months of professional work experience in finance, healthcare, banking, insurance, hospitality, aviation, or tech
