Job description

General Job Description
Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning has an opening Entry Level Purchasing Assistant at our New Port Richey location. This is an in office position.
Duties include but not limited to:
Creating and Tracking Purchase Orders.
Data Entry.
Scanning documents.
Receiving invoices.
Intercompany transfers.
Calling vendors for quotes, stock orders, or billing questions
Creating and Organizing job files.
Filing.
You will be crossed trained with other departments as needed.
Specific Qualifications
Requirements:
Experience with receiving and recording deliveries.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively, clearly and professionally over the telephone, face to face and in written communications such as e-mails.
Must know how to use a computer and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Must be meticulous and willing to follow instructions exactly as they are given.
Must be a team player, and be willing to help out others when needed.
Must be comfortable working in a fast paced workplace with tight deadlines.
Must be comfortable sitting behind a desk.
Accounting experience a plus.
