As a Machine Operator, you'll be hands-on with the latest equipment, keep materials moving, and help us meet the demand for some of the most well-known titles in publishing. Whether you're just starting out or making a career change, this entry-level role is your gateway into a rock-solid industry with training, full benefits, and real opportunities to grow.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery and equipment
• Perform quality checks and troubleshoot issues to keep everything running smoothly
• Accurately measure materials using a ruler or other manual tools - precision matters!
• Load materials, monitor machine performance, and keep adhesive and supplies at proper levels
• Stage, transfer, and store components safely and efficiently throughout the plant
• Read and follow print job instructions to make sure every product meets customer standards
• Record production data accurately and label pallets with skid tickets
• Handle heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physically active tasks safely
• Stay committed to safety, accuracy, and teamwork every step of the way
Available Shifts:
• A shift - 7:30am to 7:30pm
• B shift - 7:30am to 7:30pm
• C Shift -7:00pm to 7:00am Monday - Thursday
