Job Title: Packaging Designer (Entry Level)
Required Qualifications:
Duration: 8-Month Contract (W2) + contract conversion possibilities
Location: Clark, NJ 07066 (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week)
Eligibility:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- No C2C candidates (W2 only)
- Design innovative, consumer-centric packaging solutions aligned with brand identity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and product development
- Develop packaging concepts with a focus on aesthetics, functionality, and user experience
- Research market trends and competitor packaging to drive innovation
- Create and test prototypes using rapid prototyping techniques
- Partner with suppliers to explore new materials and packaging technologies
- Ensure designs are technically feasible, cost-effective, and manufacturable
- Support sustainability initiatives by incorporating eco-friendly materials and processes
