Entry level prospecting roles may require strong communication, basic technical skills, and a willingness to learn, which can be barriers for some young job seekers.

Job description

About DynaGen Lending
Dynagen Lending is one of the nation's fastest-growing mortgage brokers, built on the belief that great people create great results. We provide our team with the training, resources, and support to excel in sales, operations, and leadership. Our new 25,000-sq-ft office reflects our growth and our collaborative, high-energy culture. We reward hard work, promote from within, and create clear paths for advancement while celebrating wins together and encouraging innovation at every level.
About the role
Start your mortgage career from the ground up with a clear path to becoming a licensed Loan Officer in just 60 days. We're currently seeking motivated, coachable individuals to join our team as a Loan Officer Associate - an entry-level role designed to build your foundation in mortgage sales while preparing you to become a licensed Loan Officer. This isn't a "figure it out on your own" job. You'll get real training, real leads, and real people invested in getting you licensed and producing fast. If you're hungry, coachable, and ready to bet on yourself, this is where you start.
What you'll do
  • Make outbound calls to leads using pre-qualified lists - no cold-calling out of the phone book, these are real prospects who've raised their hand.
  • Spark interest in our mortgage solutions and qualify prospects for licensed Loan Officers.
  • Learn the basics of the mortgage industry, sales strategy, and customer communication from people who actually do it every day.
  • Attend daily dedicated training sessions focused on preparing you to pass the NMLS exam and become licensed within 60 days.
  • Work closely with experienced Loan Officers and team leaders who want to see you win and will push you to get there.
  • Build the habits, phone skills, and product knowledge that separate top producers from everyone else.

Qualifications
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills
  • High energy, resilience, and a positive attitude - this is a role where grit gets rewarded
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and take feedback without taking it personally
  • Interest in sales, finance, or real estate
  • Coachability and a strong work ethic matter more than a resume
  • No prior mortgage experience required - just the drive to succeed

What We Offer
  • Competitive pay based on experience.
  • A defined 60-day path to licensure with the training and support to actually get there.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Opportunities for career growth in a rapidly expanding company - we promote from within and there's real room to move up.
  • A supportive, collaborative environment surrounded by people who want to see you succeed.
