Position: Administrative Assistant – Training and Development
Location: The Monastery – Corporate Office – Cincinnati, OH
Pay Rate: $22-28 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm



What We Are Looking For:

  • MUST have 1+ year of administrative experience (property management experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn Yardi software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong math skills to accurately handle invoicing and account reconciliation
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto-insurance are required


Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Provide administrative support by managing schedules, sending announcements, distributing materials, and maintaining departmental records
  • Assist with billing communities for services and reconciling accounts receivable
  • Prepare invoices, review and code department invoices, and submit them for approval
  • Monitor the department's email inbox and respond to requests or refer them as appropriate
  • Assist with acquisitions, special projects, and evaluations as needed by the department
  • Contribute to the enhancement of our internal programs and initiatives
