Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Speak and meet with homeowners to purchase their property
• Setting up seller appointments along with drafting contracts, contract negotiations, and contract closing!
• Prospecting, calling 10-40 people per day (some cold, most warm)
• Assessing rehab costs and after-repair-value of the home
• Build trust quickly in a short time; a brand ambassador to promote the company.
• Ability to solve problems and get results. Both Integrity and profit-minded
• Understanding and updating CRM as necessary
• Goal of 10 offers per week, 2 signed contracts per week
Qualifications
• 2 years of sales experience, preferred
• This is a great fit for an entry-level salesperson who is hungry and moldable
• Track record of success in sales
• Team player, Self-starter, Approachable
• Strong negotiation skills & a natural deal maker, Excellent follow-up skills
• Ability to set and close deals
• Relationship-building skills
• Must be motivated to succeed in a competitive environment
