  • Can confidently handle onsite assessments, rooftop evaluations, and drone operations
  • Is committed to excellence and personal performance
Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Field Sales

  • Safely climb roofs to inspect existing conditions and present accurate solutions.
  • Operate drones for roof and property assessments when required.
  • Capture high-quality photos and measurements to support proposals and project scopes.
Consultative Selling
  • Educate homeowners on Sterling Edge Exteriors' solutions - roof replacements, storm restoration, siding, gutters, etc.
  • Present customized sales proposals with clarity, confidence, and integrity.
  • Handle objections and concerns with expertise, professionalism, and strong objection-handling skills.
Closing & Follow-Up
  • Drive prospects through the sales funnel with consistent follow-up and communication.
  • Close agreements that align with customer needs and company quality standards.
  • Maintain pipeline data and sales activity accurately within CRM systems.
Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Proven Door-to-Door Sales Experience - Roofing or home exterior services strongly preferred
  • Full-Cycle Sales Skill Set - From lead generation to contract closing
  • Technical Ability - Comfortable inspecting roofs and operating drones
  • Resilience & Work Ethic - Able to handle field pressure, rejection, and a demanding environment
  • Professionalism & Integrity - Honest, dependable, and customer-focused
  • Coachable & Competitive Mindset - Motivated by goals, performance, and growth

This role is crafted for professionals ready to own results and build a high-earning career based on production and commitment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Performance incentives and quarterly bonuses
  • Ongoing training and development with senior leadership
  • Supportive operations and proposal support teams
  • Advancement opportunities for high performers (Team Lead Sales Manager)
