Position: Project Coordinator entry level - Property Reconstruction
Reports To: Owner
What does a Project Coordinator - Property Reconstruction with Paul Davis do?
  • Support the Project Manager and Mitigation Manager on recon and mitigation jobs from start to completion
  • Conduct on-site visits to assess job status, document progress, and communicate updates to the team
  • Communicate directly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and insurance companies on job scope, timelines, and approvals
  • Prepare and maintain job documentation including status reports, correspondence, and project files
  • Create work orders, maintain job costs log
  • Manage job data and track claim status using RMS, Xactanalysis, and Claims Workspace
  • Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency when working with homeowners during difficult times
  • Public Relations establish a rapport with insurance carriers, customers, adjusters, agents, subcontractors, and fellow team members
