Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the creation and production of printed and digital materials for a wide range of business clients.

This is a production-focused role, where much of the work involves applying established brand guidelines, preparing files for print, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across projects. Creativity plays a role, but is typically applied within real-world constraints to support clear, effective communication. In addition to design work, you’ll also take an active role in producing digital and large format print projects.

This position is well-suited for a recent graduate or early-career designer who is interested in building practical, real-world experience in print and production.

You’ll be working alongside a small, collaborative team and will have the opportunity to learn how design moves from concept through final production.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Client Support Specialists to develop designs based on client messaging and brand standards
  • Prepare and revise layouts for print and digital use
  • Complete pre-press setup, including file preparation and proofing
  • Ensure artwork meets specifications for digital, large format and offset printing
  • Print and manage all digital and large format projects you design, ensuring color accuracy and consistency
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials
  • Assist with equipment upkeep and production inventory

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (or related field) preferred
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications
  • Ability to manage time and multiple projects effectively
  • Willingness to learn and work within a structured, team-oriented environment

What to Expect in This Role

This is not a highly conceptual or agency-style design role. Instead, it’s an opportunity to build strong foundational skills in production design, problem-solving, and working within real client constraints.

You’ll not only prepare files, but also play an active role in bringing them to life through the production process.

We’re happy to train the right person and are always excited to support someone early in their career who is motivated to learn and grow.
