Performs clerical support in an efficient manner, in accordance with established procedures, and as directed by your supervisor. The Receptionist creates the first impression for all visitors in person as well as via phone. As well as provide support on administrative tasks/projects to support Business Office, Admissions, Payroll, etc. YOU make a difference!

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in all work-related situations
Responsibilities:
  • Displays a positive, professional image managing multiple personality types with kindness and patience
  • Serves as the first point of contact for guests and visitors in person as well as via phones
  • Effectively operates the facility phones and paging systems
  • Exhibits excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and phone lines
  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
