SABG is hiring a full-time Construction Program Analyst (Entry Level) to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Huntsville, AL. Has specialized relevant knowledge and works as a member of team and assists with solving complex problems. Advanced-level working knowledge, skills and abilities using Microsoft 365 and Adobe software suites is required. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: โ€ข Associates degree or higher โ€ข 0-3 years prior experience working as a program analyst or related field for construction, design/build, and architecture and engineering projects. โ€ข Proficient with computer technology and Microsoft Office applications. โ€ข Strong oral and written communication skills. โ€ข Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. โ€ข Sharp attention to detail with an extraordinary ability to multitask. โ€ข Reliable and diligent worker. LANGUAGE SKILLS : Ability to read, analyze, and interpret governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and/or procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS : Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. REASONING ABILITY : Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
