Job Description Summary
The Project Manager serves as the day-to-day lead for assigned projects and is responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, stakeholder communication, and project execution activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project execution from planning through occupancy.
  • Coordinate project stakeholders and service providers.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Track project risks, issues, and action items.
  • Conduct project meetings and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Review design packages and construction documents.
  • Manage procurement activities and vendor coordination.
  • Support contractor bidding and contract administration.
  • Monitor construction progress and project quality.
  • Maintain project documentation within Procore.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience managing commercial construction or corporate real estate projects.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • PMP preferred.

The compensation for the position is: $ 114,750.00 - $135,000.00
