The Senior Analyst – Facilities Management plays a key supervisory and operational role supporting Walmart’s Layout Center and Wall Crew activities. This position is responsible for overseeing on-site installation projects, coordinating materials and scheduling, and ensuring efficient execution of merchandising and fixture setups. The role combines entry-level project management with hands-on leadership, requiring strong judgment, initiative, and the ability to drive projects through completion.
Location: This position will be fully onsite in Bentonville, AR

  • Supervising Wall Crew and managing onsite installation projects from start to completion.
  • Walking projects to assess needs, timelines, and materials.
  • Coordinating with warehouse teams to pull and deliver required materials and fixtures.
  • Developing and managing project schedules, ensuring timely execution.
  • Leading and supporting associates, including training, performance monitoring, and scheduling.
  • Ensuring safe, clean, and compliant work environments following company and regulatory standards.
  • Tracking merchandise and fixture flow within the Layout Center and supporting setup processes.
  • Maintaining vendor compliance, security procedures, and operational standards.

  • You have previous experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment
  • You have previous experience with modular or office furniture installation (e.g., Steelcase)

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
