12+ years in the role of Project Manager on similar projects (large information-system replacement or ERP implementations), of which at least 3 years as Project Management lead on projects of similar size and scope. Knowledge of complex ERP enabling Financial Management and/or HR & Payroll. Oracle Fusion Cloud highly desirable.

MUST hold current PMP (PMI) or equivalent (PgMP, PRINCE2) — include cert # and expiry

Runs weekly stand-ups with State teams; the accountable lead
