INITIAL PAY RANGE: $59,226/04 - $74,032.55 + (DOE)

Position Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to projects that strengthen communities, support Tribal sovereignty, and create lasting, positive change for Native American Tribes-all while working alongside a collaborative and experienced team.

The Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects that support the strategic goals of our clients. This role manages projects from inception through delivery, ensuring alignment with cultural values, community priorities, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Working closely with senior leadership and other project team members, the Project Manager helps define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, while maintaining accountability for budgets and tracking project hours. This position plays a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a high level of quality and cultural awareness.
