Competitive Salary + Bonus Potential

Growth Track to Senior PM

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and excited to see a project come to life from design to final install?

We are a fast-growing residential kitchen remodeling company looking for an Entry-Level Project Manager to help bring our sold projects to life. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with homeowners, installers, and vendors to ensure kitchens are completed accurately, efficiently, and beautifully.

If you love problem-solving, working with people, and being the one who keeps everything moving — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Take detailed field measurements of residential kitchens
  • Create and compile accurate project layouts and blueprints
  • Order cabinetry, countertops, and related materials
  • Coordinate deliveries and installation schedules
  • Manage and communicate with subcontractor install crews
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during installation
  • Proactively solve problems and prevent delays
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and to company quality standards

You’ll own your projects from post-sale handoff through final completion.

What We’re Looking For

We’re less focused on years of experience and more focused on capability and mindset.

✔ Highly organized and detail-oriented

✔ Strong communication skills — comfortable with homeowners and trades

✔ Comfortable reading floor plans or willing to learn quickly

✔ Tech-savvy and comfortable using project management software

✔ Able to manage multiple projects at once

✔ Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented

✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Bonus (Not Required):

  • Construction or remodeling experience
  • Experience reading blueprints
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors

What You’ll Gain

✨ Real responsibility from day one

✨ Mentorship from experienced operators

✨ Clear path to Senior Project Manager

✨ Exposure to design, operations, and client experience

✨ Performance bonuses tied to project success

Why Join Us?

We don’t just remodel kitchens — we create spaces families live in every day. Our team operates with urgency, ownership, and pride in craftsmanship. If you want to grow in the residential remodeling industry and build a long-term career in operations, this is your entry point.
