We are a professional custom automotive company specializing in high-quality vehicle builds, restorations, and performance enhancements. We are seeking an entry-level Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of custom automotive projects. This role is well-suited for a motivated individual with strong organizational skills and an interest in project management within a technical, production-driven environment.

The Project Manager will work cross-functionally with shop leadership, technicians, vendors, and customers to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and in alignment with customer expectations and company standards. Key Responsibilities Support the end-to-end management of custom automotive projects, from authorization through completion Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure adherence to schedules Serve as a point of coordination between production teams, management, vendors, and customers Assist with project documentation, including work orders, change requests, and progress reports Coordinate parts procurement and vendor communication to support project timelines Identify potential risks or delays and escalate issues to senior management as appropriate Participate in project review meetings and provide status updates Assist with quality assurance checks prior to final vehicle delivery Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field preferred Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills Effective written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, deadline-driven environment Proficiency with basic office software, including email and spreadsheets Professional demeanor with internal teams and external customers Preferred Qualifications Exposure to automotive, manufacturing, or fabrication environments Internship or entry-level experience in project coordination or operations Familiarity with project tracking tools or ERP/shop management systems Customer-facing or client coordination experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive entry-level compensation commensurate with experience Training and professional development opportunities Clear career progression within project management or operations Collaborative and performance-driven work environment Health insurance plan paid in full for employee 401-K retirement benefit 2 weeks paid vacation per year Paid holidays Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM - No weekends.
